This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Puriga website, operated by MM Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. GENERAL POLICY
We take utmost care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where issues arise, returns or refunds will be processed strictly in accordance with this policy.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product has a manufacturing or packaging defect
- Incorrect product delivered
Conditions for Return:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Original invoice/receipt must be provided
- Clear images/videos of the issue must be shared for verification
3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable food items
- Products once opened or used
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Gift cards / vouchers
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)
4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Supporting images/videos
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
- Return shipping will be arranged only after approval
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. REPLACEMENT POLICY
- Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered based on customer preference
6. REFUND POLICY
Refund Timelines:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
Non-Refundable Charges:
- Shipping charges (if applicable)
- COD handling charges
7. STORE CREDIT
In cases where return is not applicable or replacement is not feasible, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on the Puriga website.
8. DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging are mandatory
- Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted
9. FAILED DELIVERY / CUSTOMER UNAVAILABILITY
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal, or customer unavailability:
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund
- Re-delivery charges (if any) will be borne by the customer
10. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per this policy
11. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure in processing returns or refunds due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.
12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
MM Enterprises reserves the right to modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
