These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and mobile platform operated under the brand Puriga, owned by MM Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“user”, “customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. PAYMENTS

Puriga offers multiple secure payment options, including:

• • UPI

• • Credit Cards

• • Debit Cards

• • Net Banking

• • Wallets

• • Gift Cards / Reward Points (where applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• • COD is available only for select pin codes.

• • An additional COD handling charge of ₹50 will be applicable per order.

• • COD is not available for orders exceeding ₹1500.

• • Availability of COD can be checked by entering your delivery pincode in the “Delivery Pincode” section on the product or checkout page.

Online prepaid payment options are recommended for faster processing and dispatch of orders.

 

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

• • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

• • Delivery is usually completed within 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

• • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

• • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

• • We do not ship on Sundays.

Delivery Charges

• • Orders below ₹399 attract a shipping fee of ₹50.

• • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Important Delivery Notes

• • Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

• • Customers are advised not to accept damaged or tampered packages.

• • If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return or replacement as per the Refund & Return Policy.

• • If an order contains multiple defective items, only one consolidated return/replacement request will be processed.

3. TRACKING OF ORDERS

Once your order is shipped:

• • You will receive tracking details via Email and/or WhatsApp

• • Orders can be tracked using the AWB / tracking number provided

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Customer

• • Orders can be cancelled only if the order status is “Pending”.

• • Cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of placing the order.

• • Cancellation requests can be sent via email or phone.

• • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

Cancellation by MM Enterprises (Puriga)

• • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, technical issues, or suspected fraud.

• • In such cases, a full refund will be initiated and the customer will be informed.

5. REFUND POLICY

• • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

• • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment source.

• • COD refunds will be processed via NEFT/bank transfer.

• • COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

• • Where returns are not applicable, refunds may be issued as store credit.

6. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Eligible Returns (Within 7 Days)

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• • Product is damaged during transit

• • Manufacturing defect exists

• • Wrong item delivered

Non-Returnable Items

• • Perishable food products

• • Opened or used items

• • Gift cards / vouchers

• • Items returned in damaged or altered condition

• • Custom-made products

• • Items delivered outside India

Replacement Process

• • Email us with Order ID and reason for return

• • Return must be approved before shipping the item back

• • Replacement will be arranged at no additional shipping cost (where applicable)

7. FAILED DELIVERY / RE-DELIVERY

• • Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

• • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:
    • • Refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges

• • Additional re-delivery costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.

8. DAMAGED ITEMS

• • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• • Clear images of the damaged product and packaging are required

• • Food items once opened cannot be returned

9. PERISHABLE GOODS

• • Perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable

• • Cancellation costs for such products, if any, must be borne by the customer

10. USER RESPONSIBILITY

• • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

• • Any loss or delay caused due to incorrect details will be the customer’s responsibility

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MM Enterprises (Puriga) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or products, beyond the value of the order placed.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
