This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on the Puriga website, operated by MM Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

    • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    • We do not dispatch orders on Sundays.

2. SHIPPING TIMELINES

    • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–5 working days.

    • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on:
        • Customer location

        • Courier partner

        • Weather conditions

        • Regional or logistical constraints

Delivery time begins from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

    • Orders below ₹699 are subject to a shipping fee decided by Delivery Partners.

    • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

4. DELIVERY LOCATIONS

    • We currently ship within India only.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for select pin codes and is subject to availability.

5. ORDER TRACKING

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email and/or WhatsApp.

    • Orders can be tracked using the AWB / tracking number provided.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

    • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

    • If delivery fails due to reasons such as:

       

        • Customer unavailability

        • Incorrect or incomplete address

        • Premises locked

The order may be returned to us. In such cases:

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

    • Customers are advised not to accept packages that appear damaged, opened, or tampered with.

    • If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the product and packaging.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

 

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

    • Additional costs incurred due to incorrect address details or re-delivery requests will be borne by the customer.

9. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for delays caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters

    • Government restrictions

    • Courier strikes

    • Transportation disruptions

10. NON-DELIVERY SCENARIOS

In case of non-delivery due to incorrect details or refusal to accept delivery:

    • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

    • Re-delivery charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO POLICY

MM Enterprises reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website.
